Alexis DeJoria is taking her talents and the Bandero Premium Tequila Funny Car to Joe Maynard’s JCM Racing team for the 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season. 

McKinney Corp. is currently preparing a number of race cars for NHRA teams in the Mission Foods and Hot Rod Heritage Drag Racing Series.

The 2024 racing season may be over, but there's still plenty of NHRA Drag Racing to enjoy during the holiday season with repeats from NHRA on FOX national event coverage as well as several "best of" programs throughout the month of January.

After a thrilling and successful 2024 season, NHRA President Glen Cromwell sat down to discuss highlights of the year, including a new series sponsorship from Mission Foods, incredible performance on the racetrack, and new initiatives that are helping shape the future of the sport. 

As the holiday season fills the air with joy and togetherness, the NHRA family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and warmest wishes to all those who make this incredible journey possible.

Progress continues to be made on the building plans at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, including an update on the new Wally Parks Tower and the renovated suites.

NHRA officials have announced the addition of Lead Foot City, a unique, all-purpose facility in Brooksville, Fla., to the NHRA Member Track Network as part of the NHRA’s Southeast Division.

Famoso Dragstrip will transition to new leadership in 2025, as Tim Huddleston will take over the daily operation of the facility from longtime operator Blake Bowser, who will continue to lead the charge for the March Meet and the California Hot Rod Reunion.

Pro Mod racer Spencer Hyde will fill the open seat at Jim Head Racing for the entire NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series in 2025. 

NHRA officials have announced that PJH Trackbite has been named the “Official Traction Compound of NHRA,” beginning during the 2025 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series season as part of a long-term partnership.

Old World Industries has announced a multiyear extension with John Force Racing that includes primary sponsorship of the Peak Antifreeze and Coolant Chevrolet SS in which Jack Beckman will pursue the Funny Car championship in the NHRA’s 2025 Mission Foods Drag Racing Series.

For the first time in NHRA history, there will be four-wide racing in the Countdown to the Championship. NHRA and zMAX Dragway officials announced the first four-wide playoff race at the revamped NHRA 4-Wide Carolina Nationals, Sept. 19-21, 2025, at zMAX Dragway.

The NHRA Summit Racing Jr. Drag Racing League Right Trailers Western Conference Finals returns to Texas Motorplex on June 13-15, and the Right Trailers NHRA Jr. Drag Racing League Eastern Conference Finals will take place July 17-19 at Bristol Dragway.

For the first time ever, NAPA will team up with NHRA as an official partner, becoming the “Official Auto Parts Store of NHRA” as part of an exciting multi-year agreement.
